RISE features four core courses: Elevate, Evolve, Expand and Empower. Participants start their leadership journey with Elevate, our foundational course, and complete their transformation with Empower. Depending on individual growth needs, participants can take either Evolve or Expand as their intermediary course or undertake both for a more rounded development. This flexible structure guarantees a comprehensive and tailored educational experience.

RISE courses are available virtually, and for those seeking a more interactive experience, we also offer in-person sessions for the Elevate, Evolve and Expand courses. We customize pricing for in-person sessions based on the specifics of the engagement and provide a detailed proposal upon request. This hybrid approach ensures participants can choose the learning format that best suits their needs and schedule.
